Executive Director

Stephanie has a deep love for the Lord and a passion for helping others experience the hope, healing, and restoration found in Jesus. Her own life has been profoundly transformed by her faith in Christ, shaping both her heart for ministry and her desire to walk alongside others through difficult seasons of life. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from New Mexico Highlands University and brings years of experience in nonprofit leadership, business development, marketing, finance, community outreach, and organizational management. Since 207, Stephanie has faithfully served alongside Joshua 1:2 Fellowship, a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to helping men and women overcome addiction, rebuild their lives, and find lasting hope through Jesus Christ. Stephanie believes ministry is ultimately about a surrendered life in Christ—one that begins at home and extends into every area of life. She wholeheartedly believes that one of her greatest ministries is loving and serving her family well as a wife and mother, cultivating a home centered on Christ, and faithfully living out her faith before those closest to her. From there, that same heart for ministry extends to others—loving people with compassion, walking alongside them through difficult seasons, and pointing them to the hope and truth found in Jesus Christ. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

I am so excited to be a part of CV Biblical. I come from a background of sign language interpretation and was a special education teacher for SAISD for many years. I felt a strong calling to do the part of my job I always loved best which was listening and working to help kids handle their challenges. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education from Angelo State, finished my degree in Biblical Counseling, and am now pursuing a Masters from Liberty University. I am married to an awesome guy. We have four precious children who are all teachers too. In addition, we have three beautiful grandchildren. God is allowing me to fulfill my dream and passion by helping those who are hurting and encourage them to turn their focus to Him! He is our hope!

Lou McLemore

I grew up in Germany and moved to Texas in 1991, where I now live with my husband—my best friend—and our wonderful family of four sons and ten grandchildren. My journey into ministry began in 2010 when I started volunteering at the Pregnancy Help Center of the Concho Valley. Through that experience, God revealed the deep need for compassionate post-abortion and grief counseling. My heart has always been with women who have suffered the premature loss of a child, no matter the circumstances. That calling led me to become a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Biblical Counselor. Today, I walk alongside women, men, and couples as they seek healing, restoration, and renewed hope in Christ Jesus through the work of the Holy Spirit. I also provide pre-marital and marriage counseling for couples who desire a Christ-centered foundation for their relationship. I stand with survivors of childhood trauma seeking healing for the small child, hurt child in them to be healed through the work and guidance of the Spirit of the Lord. I count it a blessing to witness God break the chains of intimidation, fear, guilt, and shame in people’s lives. My favorite scripture is Psalm 46:10: “Be still and know that I am God.” Whether you are facing emotional pain, spiritual struggles, or simply seeking guidance, you are welcome here. I’m honored to serve you.

Marriage Counselors

We have been walking together with the Lord Jesus Christ for over twenty years. In 2021, we were married for thirty. For the first twelve years, we did marriage our way and were headed directly to divorce lawyers. Someone who loved us very much convinced us to give our marriage to God. And we did! Since then, our life together has been beautiful because we have allowed God to lead us. He then led us to facilitate marriage classes, speak at retreats, and counsel truly hurting husbands and wives. Later, He led us to become licensed ministers. We now have four adult children, nine beautiful grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. We are so excited that the Lord has assigned and anointed us to help hurting marriages through Biblical counseling. We want to get in the trenches with you and equip you with the Word, so you are able to get out and stay out of the hurt. We could not have succeeded so sweetly on our own if God hadn’t sent us help all those years ago. Now it’s your turn to accept His help, through us.

Sean Mullin

Counselor

Having been born and raised in South Africa, I came to San Angelo in 1981. I was saved in 1982 at First Baptist, met my wife Gena, and we were married in 1983. We have two children and two grandchildren. I have a diploma in Telecommunications Maintenance, and I have a BA in Theology. Gena and I served in Africa as missionaries for the past 26 years with two different mission organizations. The first was Jesus Alive Ministries where I served as a pilot, flight engineer, and mechanic flying throughout Africa supplying missionaries, orphanages, and programs feeding children. I then moved to Samaria Mission, where I was in a leadership role and supervised short-term mission trips into Mozambique. I was also involved in evangelism, church planting, church leadership, church development, and water well drilling. Gena and I have since returned to serve our community here in Texas however God would direct us. Because I have a heart for counseling, I am excited to be a part of the staff at CV Biblical Counseling Center.

Truly, it is an honor and a blessing to be on the team at CV Biblical Counseling. Together, my husband and I have seven children and five grandchildren. While living in Fayetteville, NC, I attended Carolina College of Biblical Studies and graduated with a BA in Biblical Studies. I also obtained a Counseling Skills Diploma. After serving in women’s and prayer ministries for over twenty years, I have a fervent passion for all who are heartbroken, hopeless, discouraged, and hurting.

Our loving and compassionate Lord has been my strength, hope and peace through some of the darkest times of my life. He is faithful; His love and grace have transformed my life for His glory. Isaiah 61 is the song of my heart as it promises, “The spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the suffering and afflicted. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted, to announce liberty to the captives, and to open the eyes of the blind. He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the time of God‘s favor to them has come, and the day of His vengeance to their enemies. To all who mourn in Israel, He will give beauty for ashes; joy instead of mourning; praise instead of heaviness. For God has planted them like strong and graceful oaks for His own glory.” May we forever give all our paise, honor, and glory to Him!

Jessi Flores

Hi! I’m Jessi Flores. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel seen, heard, and valued. I am originally from Texas, but spent several years living in Indiana while completing my degree and serving as a Resident Director at Bethel University, where I supported college students through personal, academic, and community life.

I have also spent time living and serving overseas in Asia, where I taught English, mentored young adults, worked with children, and built relationships across cultures. I have continued working with young people through my ministry experience, including serving in youth ministry. Across each of these experiences, I have developed a heart for walking alongside others through different seasons of life and helping them feel supported and encouraged.
