MISSION

• Mission Statement: The CV Biblical Counseling Center is committed to helping individuals, families, couples, children, pastors, and other ministry leaders with daily struggles through the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.

AGREEMENT OF CONVICTION

○   “to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.”  -Ephesians 4:23-24

• The full Word of God is the standard for counseling at this Center for the purpose of Biblical maturity.

○   “Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.”  -Colossians 1:28

• We, as Board Members, Executive Team, and Counselors, are committed to being ministers of the Gospel, walking in accordance and in-line with the Word of God both privately and publicly.

○   “I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called,”  -Ephesians 4:1

• Our counselors choose to be Biblical Counselors rather than Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) because the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God.

○   “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness, that the Man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”  -2 Timothy 3:16-17
